Teraone GmbH, Westenriederstr. 19, DE-80331 Munich, Germany, is designated as the representative in the EU pursuant to Article 27 GDPR.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).

A natural person is identifiable if he or she can be identified directly or indirectly, for example by association with an identifier such as a name, an online identifier, a customer number or with one or more specific other characteristics in an individual case as precisely that natural person.

Personal data are, for example, name, email address, national insurance number, etc.

According to Article 6 of the GDPR, personal data may be processed either on the basis of the prior consent of the data subject, the overriding legitimate interest of the processor, for compliance with a legal obligation or for the performance of a contract.

The data collected is used for the organisation and management of the Office Day.

As a matter of principle, personal data will only be stored by us to the extent absolutely necessary. Personal data will only be stored beyond the "The Event 2022" if this is necessary to comply with statutory retention obligations (e.g. invoice data).

Longer storage only takes place in justified individual cases, for example in the case of pending court proceedings.

We pass on the collected data, limited to the absolutely necessary information, to the service providers commissioned by us in connection with holding the Office Days, e.g. for booking hotel rooms.

The data passed on may only be used for the fulfilment of the tasks commissioned by us.
